It’s a marvelous sight to find a man or woman with little,
Yet the heart is full of much.
Grain indeed may supply the needs,
And wine indeed may supply a sense of pleasure,
But the soul desperately longs for something greater.
An identity that can’t be shaken,
An assurance of what’s to come,
A life full of meaning and enablement to tread along.
A life with Jesus is a life worth having
A life with Jesus extends forevermore.
